Who is ECAA?

East Carolina Anesthesia Associates (ECAA) is a physician-owned and operated anesthesiology practice dedicated to providing lifelong, compassionate patient care. Our group partners with hospitals, surgery centers, and doctors’ offices throughout North Carolina and Southeast Virginia to offer quality treatment through leading technology and advanced therapeutics. ECAA thrives due to the family-style environment and symbiotic relationships we cultivate with hospital administration, health systems, and surgical colleagues.

East Carolina Pain Specialists (ECPC) is a division of ECAA that provides pain management services. Here, our physicians treat chronic and acute pain using various interventional and in-office treatments including multi-modal treatment strategies. An array of services are provided including radiology, fluoroscopy, injections, and stimulation therapies. Many of our clinics have onsite fluoroscopy suites allowing our teams to treat pain quickly and at the source.
