ECAA has locations ranging from the coast to the mountains, so you can experience the lifestyle you’re looking for.

• Coast – choose from beaches, sounds and rivers suitable for fishing, swimming, boating, and other fun or relaxing activities

Starting out as Pitt County Anesthesia Associates in 1978 in Greenville, NC, the practice changed its name to East Carolina Anesthesia Associates in 2006. Since then, ECAA has spread to locations all over North Carolina and Virginia. For nearly 50 years, the practice has provided high quality anesthesia services to hospitals, surgery centers, and pain clinics.
